This season in the NFL has been one of the more politically and racially driven seasons that we ve seen in a very long time. From President Donald Trump calling NFL players S.O.B s at a rally in Huntsville, Ala., to Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones taking a stance that if any players â€Å"disrespect† the flag or national anthem they won t play, and finally players speaking out across the league on racial injustice and oppression. It truly ignited a conversation in the United States on both sides of the aisle. But how did we get to this point? To answer that question, we have to look at former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick who did not stand before a preseason game in 2016 and explained why he did it. Or are they continuing to watch, but still believe in the overall message of Kaepernick s stance? If you ask college student Conner Watson, who follows both the New England Patriots and Philadelphia Eagles, he is boycotting the league and felt that something needed to be done. I was so moved by what he did, as well as several conversations with my sister regarding activism, I couldn t give my viewership to the NFL this season, he said. In most cases, organizational culture exists as a form of hidden values and assumptions. In my own view, organizations that have a tendency for a strong and shared culture enjoys better performance in terms of employee commitment, it is also associated with lower quit rates that are coupled with maximum customer satisfaction and very high profits. The human resource manager of an organization should be able to identify the existin g values that in everyday undertakings. This is vital for better performance of the organization. Recently, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development issued a report showing the close linkage between the personal attitudes of the employees, the culture of the organization and the Human resource policies (The CIPD, 56). The report investigated this scenario and established that there is a very strong linkage between this scenario and human performance. I strongly support the argument that strong-shared values and high commitment improves the productivity of an organization, since the way in which employees are managed in relation to Human resource is the determinant factor for success. Clearly, it is shown that the linkage between strong-shared values and high commitment in such a way which ensured that their value are demonstrated and shared hence there are people who are maximally satisfied, and therefore will tend to display higher levels of organizational commitm ent, and lower levels of dissatisfaction over levels of pay.  For example, People/employees in different branches who receive identical pay are normally satisfied and committed in their operations. The environment should be created so that new employees will easily adapt into the cultural set-up and the already set of behaviours of the existing employees. These cultures and behaviours become self-perpetuating to the extent that a small change at the top of the system is insignificant and cannot change the already set values in the system. The people management criteria should be adopted by organizations in creating a virtuous circle that people will desire to build success proceeds to enjoy in working for successful organizations. The audit guidelines prevent auditor from involving any kind of entertainment related activities with the audit clients. APES 110, Self-interest Threat, Section 100.12 states about the rise of threat to auditors independence in case the audit opinion has the influence of any financial or non-financial interest in the audit clients (Deumes et al. 2012). In the given situation, the chocolate company may put influence on the auditors by indulging in entertainment activities so that they can obtain favorable audit opinion. Thus, there can be two situations.
